-----------------------
script: oilmap_flow.php
-----------------------
Purpose
-------
Get a NetCDF file with hydrological data for import in OILMAP.
This script is not functional on NOOS Matroos.
Usage
-----
https://noos.matroos.rws.nl/direct/oilmap_flow.php?source=&xmin=&xmax=&ymin=&ymax=&coordsys=&tstart=&tstop=&tinc=
The part after '?' is meant to define parameters for the script.
Each parameter should be given as <param>=<value>, the different
parameters are separated by the '&' sign.

Parameters
----------
- source : The map source (or alias thereof) as known by Matroos.
Possible sources for this script are oilmap_zkymz,
ASA_pointergrid_2018.1, ASA_pointergrid_2019,
ASA_pointergrid_2020.1, ASA_pointergrid_2020.2,
ASA_pointergrid_2024.1, ASA_pointergrid_2025.1.
Default: ASA_pointergrid_2025.1.
- xmin : Minimum x-coordinate.
- xmax : Maximum x-coordinate.
- ymin : Minimum y-coordinate.
- ymax : Maximum y-coordinate.
- true_bb : Optional. If '1', any point outside of the area restricted by
xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax that does appear in the netCDF structure
will be replaced by a fillValue.
This turns the x,y limits into a 'strict' boundingbox.
If '0', the x,y limits describe the area that is
at least but not exclusively included.
Default: 1.
- level : Optional. If '1', water levels are included in the
returned NetCDF-file.
- coordsys : Optional. The coordinate system in which x and y are given.
Default: WGS84.
Examples: RD (='Rijksdriehoek'), ED50, MN (=m,n co-ordinates).
or any epsg-code as epsg:<code>.
- tstart : First time for the timeseries in format YYYYMMDDhhmm.
Any '-', <space>, or ':' will be ignored, so a format like
YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm will be accepted as well.
- tstop : Last time for the timeseries in the same format as tstart.
- tinc : Optional. Timestep in minutes.
Default: 30 minutes.
- timezone : MET, GMT or GMT[+/-][hours] default GMT.
- force : Optional. If '1', the download will start without delay.
Otherwise information will be printed showing the estimated
download size and you will be asked to press a link for download.
- zip : Optional. When '1', the output NetCDF will be zipped before
the downloading starts.
Defailt: 0.
